A Clear Path From Idea to Launch.

Good work starts with understanding what needs to change and why.

You don't need a finished brief before reaching out. Foundry helps turn the starting point into a clear direction, then keeps the work visible from the first conversation through launch.

Working together

You'll know where the work stands.

We keep decisions, progress, and next steps visible throughout the project so you understand what's happening and why.

Clear decisions

We define what matters before adding complexity.

Visible progress

You'll see the work taking shape and have meaningful opportunities to respond.

Practical next steps

At every stage, you'll know what we're working toward and what happens next.

Process

Listen, shape, build, launch.

The work moves through four clear stages. Each one narrows uncertainty, makes decisions visible, and keeps the project pointed toward a useful launch.

01

Listen

We start by understanding the business, the audience, what's working today, and what's getting in the way.

You can come with a detailed brief or a rough idea. The goal is to understand the problem and what success should look like before deciding what to build.

02

Shape

We turn what we've learned into a clear direction.

This is where we define the scope, structure, priorities, content needs, and what can wait. By the end of this stage, there should be a shared understanding of what we're building and why.

03

Build

We design and develop the solution around the agreed direction, with visible checkpoints along the way.

You'll see the work taking shape, ask questions, provide feedback, and help refine the experience before anything goes live.

Testing and refinement happen as part of the build rather than as a separate major phase.

04

Launch

When the work is ready, we handle the final checks and move it into the real world.

Depending on the project, that may include hosting, domain configuration, analytics, basic search readiness, and other launch essentials.

Website projects also include a post-launch support period, with ongoing care available afterward through the Foundry Care Plan.

Have something you're trying to figure out?

You don't need the whole project mapped out before reaching out.

Tell us where things stand, what's not working, or what you're hoping to build. We'll help make sense of the next step.
